• 1 sessions of 2 hours of Personalized Birth Coaching & EFT-Tapping: Dive deep into a session tailored specifically to your needs. In this session we will transform your fears and doubts into confidence and clarity what you need for a beautiful birth experience.

• 1 Pre-Recorded EFT-Tapping Session: Access this sessions at your convenience at any time to manage stress, align your emotions, and maintain a sense of calm throughout your pregnancy journey.

• 2 Specialized Meditations: Connect deeply with your body, tap into your inner wisdom, and bond with your baby through these guided meditations, crafted to enhance your mental and emotional well-being.
